Fernley Ayre is an artist, designer, and Vancouver based real estate professional, bringing a creative lens to environmentally conscious design and sustainable living. She draws on a lifelong connection to the West Coast. Shaping a grounded admiration for land stewardship and an intuitive understanding of evolving market dynamics. Blending her eye for design with strategic real estate experience, Fernley approaches each space as both a functional investment and a personal sanctuary, aligned with the people who inhabit it.

Bio
Born on Salt Spring Island and raised in the heart of Douglas Park along Cambie Street; While Vancouver remains Fernley Ayre's creative anchor, time spent living abroad cultivated a global awareness that continues to inform her approach. Exposure to diverse traditions, philosophies and ways of living sharpened Fernley's appreciation for thoughtfully designed environments.
At her core, she carries the spirited upbringing of an island girl.. grounded, intuitive and effortlessly at home where land meets sea. That guides how she navigate's real estate and art - with emotional intelligence, and a deep respect for the art of place.
Beyond her professional practice, Fernley is committed to advancing meaningful solutions to the housing crisis. She believe's in responsible growth, inclusive design, and housing that reflects both human needs and environmental realities.
Fernley Ayre is a supporter of World Wide Fund for Nature WWF and the National Cancer Center NCC; originally founded by her great uncle. She recognizes that art, design and nature are integral to the long-term vitality of our built environments. Supporting artists, collaborating with creative practitioners, and integrating art strengthens both cultural identity and economic resilience. Fernley views art not as ornament, but as infrastructure.. a catalyst for community, value creation, and lasting relevance.
